- Each accepted paper requires one registration of type Full registration. Full-time student registration does not cover a paper.
- Registration includes admission to all conference sessions, the conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and one gala dinner ticket.
- Authors with more than one accepted paper must register separately for each paper.
- Authors of papers from Vietnamese universities, and some non-authors from Vietnamese universities, may apply for financial support: email csonetorg@gmail.com before registering.
- Extra gala dinner ticket: $100.00 each. For a guest. Each registration already includes one gala dinner ticket.
- Payment is in US dollars through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a credit/debit card.
- Registrations not covering a paper canceled by October 15, 2026 (Anywhere on Earth) are refunded less a $100.00 handling fee; later cancellations are not refunded.
